In light of the recent COVID-19 pandemic, we wanted to take a moment to provide an update.
We are happy to announce that SecureIt® is sustaining operations and will continue to provide you with the firearm safety and security products you require to protect your home, your family, and yourself.
In accordance with Federal and Local government suggestions, we have moved our office staff to remote support. We want to be clear that this will in no way affect the quality or timeliness of support responses or resolutions.
Our warehouse is currently open, stocked with inventory, and processing orders. We also remain in constant contact with our warehousing group and vendors as orders are shipped daily.
Delays in the shipping/delivery time may occur depending on carrier staffing, potential government restrictions, and other factors outside of the control of SecureIt® and its affiliates. At this time, we ask that you please allow 10 days for delivery out of our warehouse in Dallas, TX.
