Would have been five starts, but the reset button on the inside of the door was loose on arrival. Was able to tighten it up with some tools, but if I hadn’t the wires might have been damaged over time. Otherwise happy with the product.
2nd item not shipped. Received one had loose reset button, requiring repair, and lock mechanism very persnickety. Now awaiting Customer Service shipment of 2nd ordered item as warranty coverage. Overall very poor experience for the Model 40.
Love this box. Bought for its light weight and can be moved anywhere and stashed in the smallest of places. Do wish that it was a little bit wider.
Solid construction and fit my needs exactly. I preferred the button system on the old Fastbox 40, they were more tactile and easier to use when not looking. I can’t comment on the biometric lock because I do not use it. Still a good product.
