Missing bolts on the inside door panel which needed repair. Name plate screws were also stripped so reorientation was a challenge. Size and weight made it a good fit for my application. Setting codes was not as straight forwarded as I would have liked.
Would have been five starts, but the reset button on the inside of the door was loose on arrival. Was able to tighten it up with some tools, but if I hadn’t the wires might have been damaged over time. Otherwise happy with the product.
2nd item not shipped. Received one had loose reset button, requiring repair, and lock mechanism very persnickety. Now awaiting Customer Service shipment of 2nd ordered item as warranty coverage. Overall very poor experience for the Model 40.
